Nox T3 Ambulatory - ResMed Airsense10/Aircurve Setup

Note: Support for Nox W7 Link is discontinued in Noxturnal versions 6.0 and up.

The ResMed Airsense 10/Aircurve has a serial output on the side. It is possible to connect a W7 Link - A connector to send the serial data via Bluetooth® technology to the Nox T3 recorder.

The setup image for the ResMed Airsense 10/Aircurve can be seen below:

The following items are needed in order to setup the connection:

  • ResMed Airsense 10/Aircurve and a ResMed serial adapter
  • Nox W7 Link-A Kit (Nox Ref: 54 40 12) which contains:
  •     Nox W7 Link-A
  •     Nox W7 Power adapter with a Nox mini USB cable 

When you configure the Nox T3 ambulatory recording you need to make sure that the ResMed S9 is defined in the recording type. If the setup is correct the configure device window should look like this:

Fill in the PIN number for the Nonin 3150 oximeter and serial number (SN) for the W7 Link - A (PIN is found on the back of both devices). Finish the device configuration and the device should be ready to record.

Signals available when using the Nox W7-Link-A:

  • Tidal Volume
  • Resp Rate
  • Minute Ventilation
  • Mask Pressure
  • Leak
  • Flow
