If you have an oximeter with a frozen Bluetooth® icon like is shown in the picture below it is not possible to pair it with a Nox T3 device.
- In order to turn on the oximeter again, hold down the grey activation button for at least 3 seconds and you will notice the device turn on:
In order to avoid this state where the oximeter won't allow a Bluetooth connection to occur, make sure that when you turn on the device that you hold down the grey activation button for at least 3 seconds.
Note: Oximeter units with serial numbers 501924607 and larger do not run the risk of entering this Bluetooth icon freezing state.
If this issue happens repeatedly please contact support@noxmedical.com for investigation of potential device failure.
