Sending Noxturnal Recordings to Nox Medical for Troubleshooting

Nox Medical cannot receive Noxturnal Recordings that have Identifiable Patient information in it.

We know that for troubleshooting purposes, we often need the Noxturnal Recordings for analysis. Hence, before sending any data to Nox Medical, we ask that you de-identify the recording data before sending it to us.

 

To remove a patient's name from the study please follow these instructions. 

First, make a copy of the recording that you wish to send to Nox Medical. 

Then open up the copy of the study with Noxturnal.

1. Click on the Recording Properties button and change the patient´s name to an unidentifiable name.

2. Then click on Recording to find where the recording is located.

Navigate to the recording and delete the patinf.npf file

Zip the study and send it to support@noxmedical.com 

 

Sending raw data from recorder:

In some cases raw data from a recorder may be needed, please ensure to delete PatintInf.npf before sending to Nox Medical. 

Then zip the data and send it to support@noxmedical.com

In cases where Nox Medical receives unwanted information

If by any reason unwanted information are received by Nox Medical, it will be deleted upon receipt.
