Opening Nox Sleep Recorders (Nox A1/A1s and Nox T3/T3s)

Use the Nox Medical battery lid key to open the battery lid of Nox devices. 

 

 

To open the battery lid, press lightly in the hole and at the same time slide the battery lid towards the bottom of the device. Please avoid using too much pressure on top of the battery lid.

Tips to avoid damaging the battery lid while operating the device:

1. When closing the battery lid be careful not to push down too hard on the battery lid where it attaches to the housing as it could cause the housing to break.
2. When disconnecting the device from the computer be careful not to push the battery lid toward the USB cable. This can cause the battery contact on the battery lid to bend or break.
3. With the A1s/T3s, the battery lid design is different and special care needs to be taken when closing the lid. When closing the battery lid be careful not to push down too hard on the battery lid where it attaches to the housing as it could cause the housing to break. Instead gently push the battery lid closed without pushing down. In both examples below, see how NOT to push down on the battery lip when closing the lid. 

Disconnecting the Nox A1s/T3s to a computer: 

1. When disconnecting the device from the computer be careful not to push the battery lid toward the USB cable. This can cause the battery lid to bend or break. Remove the USB cable without pushing on the battery lid.
